The Sales Associate is responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory and shipment processing, while providing excellent customer service. They must also drive sales performance and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.
