About the Company
e.l.f. Beauty's purpose is to make the world a better place for every eye, lip, and face.
Our deep commitment to clean, cruelty free beauty at an incredible value has fueled the success of our flagship brand e.l.f. Cosmetics since 2004 and driven our portfolio expansion. Today, our multi-brand portfolio includes e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, e.l.f. Hair, Well People, Naturium and rhode.
In our Fiscal year 26, we had net sales of $1.6 Billion and our business performance has been nothing short of extraordinary with 7 consecutive years of net sales growth. This consistent, category-leading growth is a testament to the strength of our team, strategy, and portfolio of brands.
Our total compensation philosophy offers every full-time new hire competitive pay and benefits, bonus eligibility (200% of target over the last seven fiscal years), equity, flexible time off, year-round half-day Fridays, and a hybrid 3 day in office, 2 day at home work environment. We believe the combination of our unique culture, total compensation, workplace flexibility and care for the team is unmatched across not just beauty but any industry.
Naturium is seeking an Associate Director, Influencer Marketing to lead and evolve our influencer and creator strategy as the brand continues to scale in North America. This role will own the day-to-day strategy and execution of influencer programs—bringing our products, ingredients, and point of view to life through thoughtful storytelling, meaningful creator relationships, and culturally relevant moments.
In this role, you'll help set the strategic vision and lead the planning and execution of influencer programming that builds brand awareness, deepens community engagement, and drives measurable business impact. You'll cultivate relationships with creators across all tiers - from emerging talent to established influencers, experts, and celebrities - while leading campaigns, events, and experiences that bring Naturium's products and brand story to life.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in skincare, creator culture, and social media and brings strong, established relationships across the creator ecosystem.
\nWhat You'll Do
Set the vision and lead Naturium's influencer and creator marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand, product launch, and business objectives.
Own annual and quarterly strategic planning and the influencer programming calendar across launches, evergreen priorities, cultural moments, and brand-building initiatives.
Lead, manage, and develop the influencer marketing team by setting clear priorities, establishing effective ways of working, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with creators across all tiers, from micro and emerging influencers to macro talent and celebrities, with a focus on authenticity, brand alignment, skincare credibility, and long-term partnership potential.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, dermatologists, estheticians, and other key opinion leaders across the skincare and beauty community.
Leverage a strong existing network within the creator and talent ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities, deepen Naturium's cultural relevance, and expand the brand's reach.
Develop and oversee innovative, insight-led influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion across paid, earned, and organic creator programming.
Lead the influencer strategy for creator events, trips, launch activations, and brand experiences, including talent and guest curation, programming, execution, and post-event amplification.
Lead partnership negotiations, including contracts, scopes, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, and overall investment, in close partnership with Legal and relevant cross-functional teams.
Own influencer marketing budgets and resource allocation, optimizing investment based on performance, audience insights, brand priorities, and business impact.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer programming, using platforms such as Creator IQ/Tribe Dynamics to evaluate metrics including EMV, engagement, reach, audience quality, conversion, and ROI.
Translate campaign and portfolio performance into actionable insights and recommendations, using data to optimize programming, inform future investment, and communicate impact to senior leadership.
Serve as the influencer and creator marketing subject-matter leader, partnering closely with PR, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Creative, and broader Marketing teams to shape cohesive, integrated brand plans.
Maintain a strong pulse on skincare conversations, emerging creators, platform trends, consumer behavior, cultural shifts, and evolving influencer marketing best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for Naturium.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in influencer, creator, digital, or integrated marketing, with significant experience within beauty or skincare.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven success setting and leading influencer marketing strategies and integrated creator programs that deliver measurable brand and business impact.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high-performing team members and setting clear priorities across a growing function.
Strong established relationships across the creator, talent management, agency, expert, and broader beauty ecosystem, with the credibility to build trusted partnerships quickly.
Deep knowledge of the skincare landscape, including consumer trends, ingredients, creators, key opinion leaders, and emerging conversations.
Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, content best practices, events and experiential programming, and evolving digital trends.
Experience managing meaningful influencer marketing budgets, negotiating complex talent partnerships, and optimizing investment against performance and business priorities.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience establishing KPIs, evaluating performance, and using influencer marketing and measurement platforms such as Creator IQ/Tribe Dynamics to inform decisions.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align partners at all levels.
Strong strategic planning, project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to move between long-term vision and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
