About the Job:
As a key member of the Digital Customer Intelligence team, you will own and evolve digital behavioral data instrumentation across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring measurement is scalable, reliable, and aligned to business needs across web, app, and emerging channels, providing a strong foundation for analytics, experimentation, and personalization. You will lead key areas including behavioral data standards, tagging implementation, data quality, validation, and analytics platform enablement.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Data, and Analytics teams to ensure instrumentation requirements are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle. You will help establish measurement best practices, drive consistency across digital experiences, and ensure behavioral data is accurate, actionable, and aligned to the broader customer data ecosystem.
