You will serve as the primary post-sale strategic partner for a portfolio of advertisers, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, goals, and competitive landscape. You’ll help drive outcomes by ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, managed, and optimized by our internal teams while providing clients with proactive insights and recommendations that support their broader business objectives.
Experience working with advertisers across Home Services, Legal, QSR, or other performance-driven verticals is valuable in understanding the unique customer journey, competitive dynamics, seasonality, and business challenges that influence campaign strategy and performance.
While this role does not directly manage campaigns within advertising platforms, you will serve as the quarterback of the client relationship—partnering with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, Interactive Strategists, and other internal experts to ensure proper setup, launch, optimization, and ongoing strategic alignment. A strong understanding of the capabilities and role of each digital medium within a full-funnel strategy is critical to success.
Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, campaign performance, retention, new account growth, and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Client Partnership
Serve as the primary post-sale client-facing contact, building strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Lead the strategic direction of client campaigns with a focus on business outcomes, performance, and revenue growth.
Serve as a strategic resource across key National Team verticals, including Home Services, Legal, and QSR, adapting recommendations based on the unique dynamics and objectives of each category.
Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to maintain alignment on goals, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver additional value for clients and drive incremental investment.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations tied to business goals and KPIs.
Act consistently in the best interest of the business and uphold high professional and ethical standards.
Campaign Pre-Launch
Coordinate with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, and Interactive Strategists to ensure proper campaign setup and launch.
Support strategy development based on client objectives, vertical-specific considerations, competitive landscape, target audiences, and market conditions.
Ensure internal teams have a clear understanding of client objectives, audiences, KPIs, and broader business goals.
Help translate the client’s business needs into a cohesive digital strategy across appropriate channels and solutions.
Campaign Post-Launch
Monitor high-level campaign performance to ensure KPIs are being met and strategies remain aligned with client business objectives.
Provide proactive insights and data-backed recommendations to clients on a routine basis.
Interpret performance in the context of each client’s industry, business model, customer journey, seasonality, and competitive environment.
Communicate optimizations, status updates, opportunities, and next steps directly with clients.
Identify opportunities to evolve campaign strategy, expand solutions, and increase investment based on performance and changing client needs.
Help preserve client goodwill and strengthen long-term relationship value.

Performance Specialists are expected to:
Maintain a minimum $3,000,000 book of business
Conduct monthly reporting calls and share reports with all clients
Maintain 95% month-over-month client retention
Onboard at least one (1) new client per month
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience supporting digital media, key accounts, or national/strategic advertisers; familiarity with paid search, paid social, programmatic, or multi-channel campaigns
Experience working within or supporting Home Services, Legal, QSR, or other performance-driven advertising verticals strongly preferred
Strong understanding of how digital strategies and KPIs may differ based on industry, customer journey, sales cycle, and advertiser objectives
