Ejecutar las estrategias promocionales y comerciales de la unidad de negocio, generando la demanda y garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas del producto de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos. Cumplir con los indicadores de productividad requeridos por la compañía (KPIs), para lograr desarrollo de su territorio y fortalecer la competencias propias del cargo.

Promoción de productos en campo.
Generación y seguimiento de demanda.
Acompañamiento al médico.
Interacción con las áreas de Medical, Marketing y Acceso.
Realización de giras mensuales (1 semana por mes, 4-5 días).
Cobertura de zona: Ruta 5 y Ruta 7 Hasta Santa Rosa.
Producto: área de Inmunología (Dupi) – indicaciones respiratorias.
Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en el mercado de alto costo (excluyente). Manejo de CRM y segmentación.
Experiencia previa en la industria farmacéutica
Valorable experiencia en multinacionales.
Educación: Formación ideal en áreas científicas o técnicas (base en ciencias)
Habilidades blandas y técnicas: trabajo en equipo, adaptación al cambio, disposición para trabajar en campo con gerentes de ventas, product managers, etc.
Idiomas: inglés (deseable - no excluyente).
