The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles while ensuring high-quality service. They must document all vehicle interactions accurately and collaborate effectively with the service team and customers.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of automotive service experience, including specific knowledge of EV/HEV systems and high voltage components. Possession of an EPA 609 certification and a valid driver's license is required, with ASE certifications preferred.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles. You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date. Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
