Provide day-to-day technical leadership for composite technicians to ensure safe and efficient production of marine structures. Partner with Engineering to translate build requirements into workstreams while monitoring progress and quality.
Requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience and 2+ years of leadership experience, specifically with extensive hands-on expertise in composites. Must be able to read engineering drawings and physically lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You’ll report to the Area Supervisor and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.

The base salary for this role is S3: $39/hr + lead differential
