The Mixer Operator is responsible for operating mixing equipment and monitoring ingredient systems to ensure dough meets quality and consistency specifications. They must also maintain sanitation standards, perform equipment inspections, and document production data accurately.

Operator will performs routine procedures, under limited supervision. Operation of mixing equipment, ingredient scaling equipment and systems. Preparation and mixing a variety of King’s Hawaiian dough recipes using standardized processes in accordance with food safety practices. Work will consist of routine tasks requiring identification of problems, troubleshooting and everyday decision-making.The responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the Company’s business needs. More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those set forth above.
Pay Rate: $26.52/hr
