We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for high-precision manufacturing. As a Quality Engineer, you will lead quality control initiatives, implement continuous improvement processes, and help drive the highest standards in production to meet customer and industry expectations.
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels E04 - E05 as evaluated through our interview process.
