The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and documenting customer interactions. They also coordinate between sales and production teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and 1-2 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is required.

The Customer Service Rep 1 is focused on providing product/service information, processing orders, resolving issues, and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency) strong work ethic/reliability and is a problem solver. A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
