POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role as a BE Process Engineering Engineer, develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the equipment/manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project lead for new equipment or improvement action.
Follows up on LOH improvement actions, monitor effectiveness & close loop to MEEQ teams.
Continuously identify the equipment risks and update using EFMEA. Escalate issues detected, developing reject trends and close the EFMEA action as planed.
Review & follow up on QA roving audits and improvement actions. Continuously monitoring effectiveness and efficiency of the improvement actions implemented.
Lead and drive continuous improvement projects towards meeting quality goal with process team. Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
Responsible for quality system improvement in backend test.
Support and buy off for new equipment / new design/ new process.
Coordinates with project team for new product /process changes qualification and validation.
Supports on customer complaint investigation or internal quality incidence.
