PepsiCo Beverages Canada is currently looking for a Pepsi Equipment Services Field Technician to join our team!

Compensation:
Starting rate: $26.17 per hour
Higher rates may be considered for candidates with applicable Refrigeration Certification and relevant experience
Shift
Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required for emergency service repairs:
Weekday evenings: 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Weekends: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Must be available for occasional overnight travel based on customer and business needs.
Must be available to work throughout all service territories in Northern Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
Perform service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of cold beverage merchandising and dispensing equipment, including:
Fountain equipment
Coolers
Vending equipment
Frozen carbonated beverage machines
Ice makers
Other beverage dispensing equipment
Complete repairs and maintenance activities at customer locations and within the service shop as required.
Deliver and assist with the placement and installation of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
Prepare and refurbish marketing and merchandising equipment.
Perform all service, maintenance, and installation requirements in accordance with customer service standards, Customer Connect processes, and Schoox training modules.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and timely service.
Accurately document service activities and maintain required records.
Travel throughout assigned service territories to meet customer requirements.
Participate in and successfully progress through the Pepsi Equipment Services apprenticeship program.
Adhere to all PepsiCo safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Comfortable operating a service vehicle and traveling extensively within assigned territories.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required to successfully complete assigned electrical and mechanical training courses and third-party certification testing.
Physically capable of performing all duties of the position, including lifting, moving, and installing equipment.
Commitment to progressing through the Pepsi Equipment Services apprenticeship program.
Preferred Qualifications
Small Appliance Certification.
HVAC Certification.
Refrigeration Certification.
Previous mechanical, refrigeration, or field service experience.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Must be able to safely lift, move, push, and pull equipment and tools on a regular basis.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in a variety of customer environments.
Exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions while performing service calls.
Completion of all required safety training and adherence to PepsiCo safety policies and procedures.
