The Sourcer Private Label is responsible for translating product wishlists into shortlists of suitable suppliers and negotiating contracts. They manage pricing, quality compliance, and supplier relationships, including visiting trade fairs in China and Hong Kong.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working with at least 2 years of experience. Candidates must possess strong commercial insight, communication skills, and experience in relationship management.
Je vertaalt de eisen van de boodschappenlijst (wishlist) naar een shortlist met geschikte leveranciers. Je test aannames met gesprekken, prijsvergelijk en levertijden, en presenteert je advies aan je manager en stakeholders. Je onderhandelt het leverancierscontract samen met de afdeling legal en je merchandiser. Samen met de afdeling product compliance zorg je voor de juiste kwaliteit en compliance. En je zorgt dat de afdeling artwork beschikt over de juiste informatie om de verpakkingen op te kunnen maken. Je bezoekt min. 2 x per jaar beurzen in Hong Kong en China voor je leveranciersselectie. Je managet de inkoopprijzen, MOQ’s en zorgt voor goede samples met testrapporten om retouren te verlagen.
Als Sourcer Private Label Products zorg je ervoor dat Private Label producten bij de juiste leveranciers worden ingekocht en volgens de gemaakte afspraken in ons magazijn komen te liggen.
