De functie:
Als Reliability Engineer Electrical ben jij de spil tussen onderhoud, engineering en strategie. Je combineert continu verbeteren met technisch inzicht: jouw adviezen steunen zowel op data-analyses als op diepgaande kennis van de installatie. Daarbij combineer je praktische ervaring met analytisch vermogen, waardoor jouw adviezen zowel technisch onderbouwd als direct toepasbaar zijn in de praktijk
Om al het equipment van energie te voorzien, beschikt MVII over een eigen hoogspanningsnet (66kV/20kV). De 67 kranen zijn aangesloten op een redundante 20kV-ring en voeden een breed scala aan eindgebruikers, variërend van motoren, drives en besturingssystemen tot camera- en automatiseringssystemen (20kV–24V). Dit maakt de technische omgeving veelzijdig en uitdagend, met een grote diversiteit aan installaties
Analyseren van de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van elektrische assets en vertalen van data naar structurele verbeteringen
Bijdragen aan het opstellen en beheren van preventieve onderhoudsconcepten en meerjaren-onderhoudsplannen
Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA) en initiëren van datagedreven verbetertrajecten
Meeschrijven aan het Asset Management Plan (AMP) en uitvoeren van Life-Cycle-Costing (LCC) analyses
Monitoren van asset performance via KPI’s, dashboards en storingsdata
Adviseren over OPEX- en CAPEX-beslissingen binnen het jaarlijkse ROFO-proces
Samenwerken met engineering, maintenance en operations om risico’s te minimaliseren en beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren
Continue verbetermentaliteit: we zijn op zoek naar iemand die een doordachte verbetermentaliteit meebrengt—nieuwsgierig naar hoe werk wordt uitgevoerd en gemotiveerd om in de loop van de tijd zinvolle, duurzame verbeteringen door te voeren.
Jij:
Afgeronde WO of HBO-opleiding Elektrotechniek
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving met focus op reliability of asset management
Grondige kennis van elektrische normen, RCA-methodieken en life-cycle-benaderingen
Sterke data-analysevaardigheden en ervaring met CMMS/IFS, dashboards en rapportages
Vermogen om strategisch te denken en dit te vertalen naar praktisch toepasbare oplossingen
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
