The Senior Fabricator III is an expert craftsman responsible for complex fabrication projects, advanced layouts, specialty forming operations, and technical leadership.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform complex layouts and geometric calculations.
Operate advanced fabrication equipment.
Perform heat cambering, jacking, and specialty forming operations.
Design and construct fabrication jigs and fixtures.
Perform MIG, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW
Weld in all positions to AWS D1.1. D1.5 standards. (1G, 2G, 3G, 6G)
Perform advance torch and plasma cutting operations
Mentor fabricators and support process improvements.
Successful candidates will have:
Expert-level fabrication experience.
Advanced blueprint interpretation and layout skills.
Proven ability to independently execute complex projects.
