About The Role:
The HR Business Partner is based in Memphis, TN and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Staff HR. This role provides strategic and operational HR partnership to the Supply Chain and Procurement teams, supporting leaders and employees across both functions. The HRBP plays a key role in executing people strategies, building organizational capability, enabling talent development, and driving a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as the primary HR partner to Supply Chain and Procurement leadership teams, aligning HR solutions with business goals.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
Support execution of enterprise HR strategies, programs, and processes across supported teams.
Talent & Leadership Development
Execute talent management processes including succession planning & performance management.
Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development solutions for individuals and teams.
Facilitate leadership coaching conversations and provide guidance on performance, development, and employee relations.
Employee Relations & Culture
Provide counsel to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Investigate and help resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns with an emphasis on early intervention and positive outcomes.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
Partner with leaders to implement organizational improvements that increase effectiveness, agility, and employee engagement.
Support ongoing change initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with hiring leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruiting, selection, and onboarding.
Offer insight on talent strategy and provide a strong point of view on assessing candidates and building strong teams.
Training, Communication & Engagement
Identify and coordinate training needs; design and deliver targeted learning sessions when appropriate.
Support communication plans for functional initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent messaging.
Drive engagement action-planning and partner with leaders to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Key Challenges:
Supporting leaders through complex business transformations and prioritization demands.
Influencing without authority and coaching leaders with confidence.
Maintaining strong relationships across functions while operating with speed and agility.
About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree required
5–7 years of general HR experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on deliverables
Proficiency with Excel
Experience with HRIS systems; Dayforce experience a plus
