The First Assembler is responsible for assembling, tubing, and testing vessels according to ASME code specifications. This includes performing hydro tests, repairing leaks, and preparing components for final assembly.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one to three months of relevant experience. Proficiency in reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and performing basic mathematical calculations is required.

We are seeking a First Assembler to join our team! This position will work to install pans, tubes, set fixture to proper length, roll tubes, install plugs etc. in. Install Hydro fixture, fill with water, check and repair leaks after hydro okayed by A.I., stamp NB plate, move from hydro. Set base and trim according to print. Will fit according to ASME code.
This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Overtime when needed.
