Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience with WMS and pharmaceutical distribution is preferred.

The Distribution Center Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing DC operations on second shift. This will include leading a team of exempt and non-exempt level colleagues in a fast paced, high volume, highly regulated environment. You will promote and reinforce safety and security awareness and compliance among the supervisory staff and hourly employee groups as well as plan, organize, schedule, forecast, and coordinate work in order to meet production schedules and operational goals.

This is a 2nd shift role; hours are 3:30PMEST-1:30AMEST with additional flexibility for O/T as needed to support business needs
Required Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
•Proven ability to build high performance teams
•Proven ability to engage and inspire colleagues
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

40The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
