Overview
The Parts Clerk (Toolroom) issues out and receives in tooling/equipment and consumables. Maintains records and is responsible for reviewing and abiding by Company and Tool Control practices and processes.
Responsibilities
Maintains a ‘Toolroom’ by issuing out, receiving in tooling/equipment and consumables
Maintains daily, weekly & monthly records and submits them to Toolroom Supervisor
Transfer Tooling/Equipment to prescribed storage locations
Operate pallet jacks and/or forklift
Store, stack, or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
Maintain TCMax database
Perform other various duties as needed, assigned, and/or required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Beginner to intermediate computer skills; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and multi-task
Ability to enter data accurately into databases
Ability to read, interpret and follow safety rules, procedure manuals and processes
Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Ability to use general office equipment such as copier, scanner, printers, etc.
Must be able to communicate questions and issues to management
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
Three years experience in supply logistics required
Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher.

Manufacturing Operations are located in Huntsville, AL, occupying 800,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing and integration, and an additional 68,000 sq. ft. of hanger space at Huntsville International Airport. SES also has facilities in Pax River, MD. and Warner Robins, GA.
SES is fully ISO 9001:2008/AS9100 Rev C and AS9110 Rev B registered. ISO 9001:2008 represents a model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing. AS9110 represents a well-defined Quality System for the design, fabrication and assembly of devices for aircraft, weapon systems and commercial applications. Furthermore, SES is FAA Part 145 Certified (Bell 206 & 407) and has on-site DCMA Oversight. SES earned the following recognitions from DCMA for our systems: DCMA Approved Purchasing System, DCMA Approved Property Management System and SES was recognized as a DCMA Green Low Risk Company.
Preferred Supplier Status
SES has also been awarded the preferred supplier certification from Boeing Corporation, Northrup Grumman, and L3 Communications. The preferred supplier certification is an achievement based on SES meeting an overall Bronze level certification for Business Processes, Silver Level for Delivery performance and bronze level for SPC.
