Requires a technical degree or certificate with 0-2 years of experience in automated material handling systems. Candidates must be eligible for airside security clearance and possess a deep understanding of mechatronic systems and PLC diagnostics.

The Technician I will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of the baggage handling system. The required maintenance will follow processes and procedures established for the overall system maintenance and requests for service which includes both electrical or mechanical work. This position will perform work under supervision of the Shift Supervisor. This role will support the BEUMER Individual Carrier System (ICS) at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR).
Pay Rate: $26.40 per hour
The posted hourly rate reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position.
