The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing the full order lifecycle from intake to delivery. They are responsible for building long-term partnerships and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree and bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.

Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver).

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, owning the full customer experience from order intake through delivery. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships while driving operational alignment across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Finance.
This position goes beyond traditional customer service by taking accountability for order accuracy, delivery performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement—ensuring customer expectations are met while supporting overall plant performance.
