The coordinator manages the intake and output of rental PPE, including receiving, logging, inspecting, and packaging garment orders. They are also responsible for data entry, customer communication, and inventory reporting to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments is highly preferred.

We’re seeking a self-motivated Rental Program Coordinator who will provide production intake and output while using a balance of physical ability, troubleshooting and detail-oriented skills and computer experience. Main responsibilities will be providing both warehouse and quality support through receiving and logging orders, processing, inspecting and testing orders and packaging garment orders for shipping various personal protective equipment (PPE) for firefighters. This job is based out of our Dayton, Ohio location.
