The Blending Operator is responsible for mixing, packaging, and shipping products while adhering to strict safety protocols. Key duties include staging raw materials, following recipes for blends, and maintaining a clean production environment.
A high school diploma and experience in food packaging or blending are preferred. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and proficiency in basic math and computer use.

What we offer:
You bring, or are ready to develop, the skills to ensure products are mixed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on schedule, including receiving raw materials, weighing and blending ingredients, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Previous production or bakery experience is preferred. By maintaining quality, safety, and timely fulfillment, you will directly support production and the supply chain, driving customer satisfaction, operational continuity, and the success of our Baking and Breadmaking division and Lesaffre overall. This role follows a rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
