The Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for the Trailer Commercial Vehicle Systems division, managing financial planning, reporting, and operational performance. They are responsible for driving profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to support strategic decision-making.
Candidates must have 10-15 years of finance experience in complex manufacturing environments, including 2-5 years as a Division Controller. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is required, while a CPA or MBA is preferred.
