The Territory Manager is responsible for increasing market share of Eaton and ECJV products among heavy and medium duty truck fleets and OEM dealers. This includes managing sales cycles, conducting technical training, and leading territory employees in Eastern Canada.
Requires a Journeyman's Certification, College diploma, or University degree in Heavy Equipment Technician or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or vehicle support. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 50% across Canada and the US.
Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a Territory Manager to join the team. This is a hybrid role with up to 50% travel, based in Brampton, ON.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
The primary function of the Territory Manager is to increase the Market Share of Eaton and ECJV products at Heavy Duty and Medium Duty truck Fleets and OEM dealers throughout the territory. This position will be based in Brampton, Ontario. The territory manager will be required to develop and implement business plans to achieve territory, region, and division sales objectives in an intensely competitive market in North America through managing the Eastern Canadian team objectives. Truck Components sold include: Large Class 6-8 Manual Transmissions, Automated Electronic Transmissions, Clutches, Service Diagnostic Software, Lubricant, Grease, & Mobile Power products. The position also includes Territory Sales Responsibilities.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $119,000 to 149,000.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
