Drive the translation of ideas & concept requirements into clearly defined targets and ensure QA activities to design the right quality output through the product life cycle
Build the quality strategy for verification and validation while ensuring objectives and target setting for quality requirements and performance
Actively seek holistic understanding of issues, opportunities and risk impact from a Quality point of view
Support project and sponsor leadership teams on tradeoff decisions, priorities, capability building, allocation of resources related to quality assurance in development projects
Report, intensify and mitigate risks and critical project matters related to quality and technical feasibility
Engage and build Quality Assurance capabilities with colleagues across Engineering and Quality teams

As Quality in Development Sr. Quality Manager you play an enabling role in launching feasible, lovable and viable products driven by collaboration and a data driven approach. You are safeguarding and assuring quality in the LEGO Group product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle. Furthermore, you are developing, adapting and implementing systems and procedures within Quality in Development and its main Product & Technology Development stakeholders
Do you have what it takes?
5+ years of experience from Manufacturing/Engineering quality or Project management and understand the dynamic of project development and implementation in such environment
Experience from Quality management, Product Development and/or Technology development in cross-functional international work environment
Driver/lead profile with a Structured/Systematic approach combined with motivational and engaging people skills
Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills
Ability to engage with both hardcore tech specialists and business leader levels, translating technical topics to quality mindset and business decisions
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) experience and preferably experience with project management
Ability to activate statistical tools and advanced quality tools (QFD, FMEA, SPC, …) as both enablers to secure play experience and in tough trade-off discussions
A positive mindset that fits the LEGO culture & leadership behaviours: Collaborative skills, securing Motivation & Engagement while using your curiosity, bravery and focus to understand, engage and progress in the projects
Fluent proficiency in English
