The team

At our Nordic headquarters in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, you’ll join an international marketing team of twelve colleagues growing the MILWAUKEE® brand across the Nordics and Baltics. Working alongside our other Swedish-speaking Marketing Specialist, you’ll help plan and deliver marketing and communication activities for the Swedish market. Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager, you’ll become part of a dynamic, sales-driven organization with ambitious growth plans and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Your tasks will be

• Translating and proofreading our website, product features, press releases, and a variety of marketing materials from English to Swedish
• Coordinating and implementing marketing activities and MILWAUKEE® campaigns in collaboration with our distributors
• Develop local marketing materials and support our Swedish sales team and distributors with images, copy, sales materials, and product information
• Utilize your creative skills to assist with graphic design, primarily in Adobe InDesign
• Participate in conferences, kick-offs, exhibitions, and other events - approx. 20-30 travel days per year
• Manage local social media channels, create engaging content, and coordinate influencer collaborations

What you bring

• Experience within marketing and communication and ability to thrive in a dynamic international work environment with varied tasks, both independently and in collaboration across countries
• Min. 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communication and preferably a relevant BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to translate technical product information from English into clear and engaging Swedish for a wide range of products, from drill drivers to safety glasses
• Fluent in Swedish and English - ability to navigate in a Scandinavian-speaking environment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present marketing activities to larger audiences
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage, but a willingness to develop your graphic design skills is even more important

You are structured, outgoing, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. You take ownership, deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, and thrive under tight deadlines. Curious and eager to learn, you build strong relationships and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
