The Parts & Warranty Specialist will serve as the primary link between authorized dealers and Zeekr, managing parts orders, logistics, and warranty claims. They will also contribute to process improvements and support the onboarding of new dealer partners to ensure a consistent service experience.
Candidates should have experience in automotive aftersales, specifically within parts, warranty, or logistics, and possess a strong understanding of dealer operations. Proficiency in Danish and English, along with experience using ERP, DMS, or warranty systems, is required.

Join the team behind Zeekr's After Sales journey in Denmark Zeekr is a premium electric vehicle brand, part of Geely Group, with ambitious plans for growth across Europe. In Denmark, we're building something new, and that creates opportunities that are hard to find in more established organizations. As our dealer network continues to grow, we're looking for a Parts & Warranty Specialist to join our After Sales team and help us deliver the level of support our dealers expect from a premium brand. This role is about much more than processing parts orders or warranty claims. You'll become a trusted partner for our dealers and an important part of a small team where everyone contributes, supports one another and takes ownership of what they do. One of the biggest advantages of joining Zeekr Denmark is the team itself. We work closely together, share knowledge, challenge each other and celebrate our successes. There are no unnecessary layers of management or long decision-making processes. If you have a good idea, you'll be heard. The role
As Parts & Warranty Specialist, you'll be the day-to-day link between our authorised dealers, Zeekr Denmark and Zeekr Europe. You'll support the dealer network with parts operations, warranty administration and process improvements, ensuring that our partners receive timely, professional and consistent support. The role offers a broad variety of responsibilities and suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
