Job Description

Build the future of play.

We're looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager – LEGO® Discovery Centres to lead the delivery of world-class attractions across the globe. From site developments and major refurbishments to immersive experiences and retail environments, you'll drive complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion. As part of a growing global function, you'll also help shape the future of project delivery, creating scalable processes, governance and best practices while collaborating with international stakeholders to bring unforgettable guest experiences to life.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in Billund and 2 days from home.

No relocation support is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be Friday 10th July 2026.   Please submit your CV in English.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead global construction projects – Deliver LEGO® Discovery Centre developments, refurbishments and maintenance projects from planning through to completion.

  • Drive project performance – Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage contractors and suppliers – Oversee procurement, vendor performance, contractor coordination and the development of a strong global supply chain.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders – Partner with Finance, Operations, Attractions, Design, Retail, Procurement and external partners (Merlin) to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Provide governance and reporting – Monitor risks, budgets and progress, delivering clear reporting and controls across multiple international projects.

  • Shape future project delivery – Help develop global processes, governance frameworks, best practices and scalable ways of working to drive continuous improvement.

Do you have what it takes

  • Extensive construction project management experience, ideally within retail, leisure, attractions or experiential environments.

  • Strong knowledge of white box construction and fit-out delivery, with a track record of managing projects from concept to completion.

  • Experience delivering multiple international projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholders.

  • Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams, external partners and suppliers, and driving process improvement.

  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
