Bring your analytical perspective and passion for data into a role where you can shape how we plan, prioritise, and deliver new LEGO® products to life. As part of our Development & Operational Planning (D&OP) team, you’ll play a key role in translating complex portfolio plans into clear, data-driven decisions. Collaborating across functions, you’ll help balance long-term ambitions with development capacity to optimise our product pipeline. Join a small, dedicated team in Billund and make a meaningful impact on how we deliver experiences to builders around the world.

Please note: This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home. There is no relocation support for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of the D&OP material and the Portfolio Master Plan.

  • Contribute to the D&OP storyline analysing complex situations within balancing portfolio planning and development capacity to bring forward recommendations.

  • Create demand models drawing on relevant measurements and demand accuracy insights to translate portfolio plans into clear resource demand signals (bill of resources).

  • Be a business partner across the D&OP interfaces establishing effective processes and streamlining ways of working enabling others to focus on strategic priorities.

  • Drive adoption and continuous optimisation of the D&OP platform, ensuring alignment between processes, tools and data.

  • Drive the D&OP social team activities.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This role is part of the Development & Operational Planning (D&OP) functional team reviewing and balancing the portfolio plan with development capacities on a long-term horizon to optimize the product development process. You will join a team of 4 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues, playing a crucial role planning our product development. Be part of a culture with increased empowerment, trust, and accountability for the overall goals – working by the philosophy that leadership is for everyone.

“Are you passionate about working with business intelligence, finding new ways of working with data to improve processes and increase transparency? Then bring your skills and your analytical approach into play to elevate our data driven solutions bringing LEGO products into the hands of the consumer.”

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrate strong curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex interdependencies, enabling effective problem-solving and the identification of new opportunities.

  • You implement new processes in an evolving environment with resilience and adaptability.

  • You have analytical skills to support decision making and the ability to translate insight into clear and compelling visual presentations.

  • You show initiative and get things done.

  • Demonstrate solid teamwork, collaboration and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Operational experience with Product Development, Sales & Operations Planning or Business Planning Processes is an advantage.

  • Strong skills in Excel and/or Power BI.

  • Experience within Product, Marketing and Development is a plus.
