Responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for window assembly using various hand tools. Duties include loading components, assembling vinyl grids, and performing quality audits to ensure product standards.

The Production Associate 1 role is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This position requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.

The US pay for this full-time position is $21.50 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential for Swing Shift + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
