Requires over 7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance and a preferred associate degree in Engineering or Maintenance Technology. Must possess strong technical troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems and familiarity with Lean/CI tools.

Join our team! Lavelle Industries Inc. is searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Burlington, WI facility. The Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role reporting to the Plant Mansager and is responsible for driving equipment and mold/tooling reliability, uptime, and technical capability across a 3-shift operation.
This is a hands-on, progressive role for a leader who is both technically strong and future-focused—someone who can build systems, develop people, leverage digital data, and move the plant from reactive maintenance to a predictive, reliability-centered culture.
