Information about the position 

We are seeking a Network Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle across our PUDO network in all active markets (USA/FR/BE/NL/PT/ES). This role owns overall network health, ensuring 99.8% uptime, driving high-quality standards, minimizing resolution times, and consistently delivering against all core maintenance KPIs. This is an individual contributor role, requiring hands-on ownership of maintenance operations and direct accountability for external vendor performance.

You will oversee maintenance operations, enforce vendor compliance and governance, and proactively identify and close process gaps. The role requires a lean operations mindset, and a relentless focus on quality, safety, maintenance standards and strong cost control. You will act as the central point of accountability for maintaining network performance and reliability at scale.

In this position, you’ll 

• Own the end-to-end maintenance process across the network, ensuring high uptime and fast, effective issue resolution.
• Drive and monitor key maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTTR, SLA adherence, first-time fix rate, maintenance cost efficiency).
• Bring a data-driven mindset, using data to spot patterns, identify root causes, and fix complex, recurring issues before they scale.
• Ensure vendor performance, compliance, and governance, holding partners accountable to SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Identify operational and process gaps in maintenance workflows and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Lead cost control initiatives by optimizing maintenance spend without compromising service quality or safety standards, while owning cost reporting, reviewing maintenance expenses, and validating vendor invoices.
• Establish and enforce maintenance standards, procedures, and quality benchmarks across all markets.
• Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulatory and internal safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, deployment, product, engineering, support) to improve network reliability and reduce incident frequency.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean operations, reducing waste, manual intervention, and inefficiencies in maintenance processes.
• Maintain clear visibility on network health through reporting, analytics, and performance tracking tools.

About you 

• Proven experience in network maintenance, field or service operations management, or program/project management roles with strong operational ownership, KPI accountability, and vendor enforcement in a multi-market environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance KPIs and service performance management (uptime, MTTR, SLA management, etc.).
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers, with a track record of enforcing accountability and performance.
• Solid analytical skills; comfortable using data to identify issues, optimize processes, and control costs.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement scalable fixes, not just firefight problems.
• Strong operational discipline with a lean mindset and focus on efficiency and cost control.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-market environment.
