Now we are looking for an AI Adoption Consultant to join our team in Stockholm.

About the Role

As an AI Adoption Consultant, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers succeed with Intric. You are the bridge between our platform and the organizations that rely on it - rom the first identified need to a live, working assistant or agent.

Your focus is not only on understanding customer needs, but on translating those needs into real, value-creating implementations. That means you sit down, build, test, and iterate. You'll construct AI assistants, agents, and automated flows directly in the customer's Intric environment. You'll manage change alongside it — but building is the core of the job.

This is a hands-on role where you work closely with customers, internal teams, and subject-matter experts to ensure smooth onboarding, strong engagement, and long-term success. We're looking for someone with a get-it-done mentality who goes in, rolls up their sleeves, and doesn't leave until it works

What You’ll Do

Work with ministries, agencies, and municipalities from first conversation through the point where people are using it every day.

• Build AI assistants, agents, and automated flows in Intric based on mapped customer needs

• Prototype, test, and iterate solutions directly in customer environments

• Scope and implement integrations where needed

• Lead the full delivery cycle — from need identification to production-ready solution

• Educate and enable customer staff to continue using and building on what you've delivered

• Analyze customer workflows and identify further opportunities for AI impact

• Collaborate with Adoption Specialists and internal product teams to drive successful outcomes

Who You Are

• 1–4 years at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar), or in a client-facing role at a fast-growing company

• Ability to understand how organizations actually work: where decisions live, how accountability flows

• Can explain what's technically possible and what the constraints are, in a way non-technical people actually get. Teacher's mindset!

• You see things through. You own the outcome.

• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Fluent Swedish and English

• Genuine curiosity about how government and public institutions function

• Genuine interest in AI and how technology can improve real-world operations

• You are drawn to Intric’s mission to bring secure, sovereign, and easy-to-use AI to Europe’s most critical institutions
