Strategic Planning Process in BINUS University : • Ensure strategic planning components in BINUS University have clear focus, measurement, & accountability on the key metrics of success • Provide consultation service in Performance Indicator (PI) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) development for all units in BINUS University • Maintain and update PI & KPI data in Rectorate dashboard (rectorate.binus.edu) for BINUS University area • Provide update report on PI & KPI data status in BINUS University (monthly, quarterly and annually) Strategic Implementation in BINUS University : • Communicate BINUS University planning period process, requirements and schedules to management committee and departments • Organize annual retreats event for BINUS University strategic planning period Monitoring & Evaluation Activities : • Coordinate monthly and accurate provision of performance data in relation to PI & KPI • Ensure all data from departments in accordance to performance data can be accessed, and reviewed • Monitor performance across the unit and identify areas for improvement • Liaise & communicate between departments to ensure a good flow of accurate and on time information process • Monitor & report of the overall monitoring & evaluation activities • Ensure effective liaison between departments in relation to data collection, storage and performance management • Create & monitor academic program ID dan academic plan ID for Binus Campus Solution (Oracle application) Accreditation Activities : • Provide required data report related to accreditation process • Maintain and update documentation and record of all accreditation materials • Facilitate appropriate reporting structures and data maintenance procedures for assessment & accreditation purpose Budget Monitoring : • Gather budget data request from all units in BINUS University • Control overall budget usage in BINUS University and ensure its compliance with valid regulations Project Activities : • Conduct various project related to Rector’s Office / Vice Rectors / Director / Deans in BINUS University area with the following activities: o Provide the required data for the new initiatives and improvement projects o Monitor the progress for all improvement projects o Coordinate with all respective parties to ensure the high quality result for all projects • Coordinate meeting for all projects with related parties • Assist Rector Officer Manager in supporting and coordinating all programs within BINUS University Management Support Activities : • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Monitor the overall documentation process in related area • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor General Requirement : • Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/Experience : • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or • Minimum 4 years of working experience • Have experience in education industry
