Success in this role means building a strong and sustainable network of partners that amplify Castlery's brand presence and support both ongoing business needs and campaign objectives. Within your first year, you'll establish meaningful relationships with key partners, secure collaborations that drive brand visibility and engagement, and ensure Castlery is consistently represented through high-quality partnerships. You'll create a reliable partner ecosystem that not only delivers measurable content reach and campaign impact but also strengthens long-term relationships that support future growth opportunities.

Key measures of success include number and quality of partners signed, content reach and engagement generated through partnerships and strength and sustainability of partner relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and grow Castlery's partnerships channel in Singapore, managing relationships with brand, influencer, and strategic partners.
• Identify, secure, and nurture partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach.
• Develop and execute creative partnership campaigns and product launch collaborations aligned with Castlery's brand objectives.
• Lead partner negotiations, manage campaign execution, and ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time and to brand standards.
• Track and analyse partnership performance, providing regular insights, reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities to drive continuous growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership enquiries and collaborate cross-functionally to support business and marketing objectives.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience building and managing partnerships, business development, or client relationships.
• Proven ability to independently drive partnerships from prospecting through execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines concurrently.
• Data-driven and comfortable using performance insights to optimise partnership outcomes.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market is advantageous but not required.
