负责公司质量、饲料和食品安全管理和改进工作。落实执行工厂环境、健康、安全程序，质量、饲料和食品安全管理程序；根据法律法规以及集团质量和产品安全管理政策，持续改进公司的质量和食品安全管理体系，保证公司质量和食品安全方针执行，实现公司质量、饲料和食品安全目标。保证产品满足顾客、法律法规等相关质量和食品安全要求。负责产品品质问题的预防、客诉与异常的处理与结案，内部流程及品质的持续改善，质量文化的建立与全员质量意识的提升，独立行使质量安全管理职权。
主要职责:
• 贯彻和执行公司环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序；严格遵守工厂的各项安全管理制度，在工作中确保自身安全；严格执行实验室安全和化学品保存管理的相关规定，确保化验室的安全；对下属人员进行安全教育，及时组织人员处理工作中出现的安全事故和安全隐患等。
• 根据公司经营要求和行业质量水平确定产品的质量和食品安全目标；对目标进行分解，确定完成要素并确保目标达成等。
• 组织建立质量和食品安全管理体系，协调企业内外相关部门，积极组织各项质量体系的运作和实施。展开质量和食品安全风险评估和监控，推进控制措施的持续改进和完善，确保产品的质量与食品安全合规性以及符合客户要求。组织实施质量控制，建立工厂的质量监控计划, 从原料到产品全面覆盖质量的监控要求，推进各部门按照质量管控要求落实实施。质量问题及时反馈，推动各部门的调查分析以及跟进整改落实。负责新项目新业务新产品的质量和食品安全评估、安全卫生设计和产品设计，相关证照许可管理等。负责供应商和代工商的质量和食品安全相关的引入评审、过程管控、结果监督验证和绩效改进等。
• 负责质量、饲料和食品安全各类相关法律法规、规范和标准的落地实施和运营管理的符合性。负责企业标准制定、管理和落地执行等。
• 制订和管理部门的年度预算；对部门固定资产和消耗品进行管理；对部门各项费用进行管理；对部门5S计划实施进行管理；负责公司产品的送检工作及外部对产品抽检工作的跟踪改进。组织实验室建立和执行良好的实验室管理规范，人机料法环等各方面，确保实验室管理体系的有效运行，保证实验室数据的准确性等。
• 负责公司产品实现过程中的质量控制和不合格品评审；负责配合跨部门处理顾客投诉，提供技术服务及顾客投诉处理的跟进。负责异常问题的风险评估和处理，如原辅料/中控/产品/各类抽检等质量异常情况的调查评估、纠正和纠正措施等。
• 负责质量和食品安全团队建设。制订部门的岗位职责，制订部门的绩效考核方案，对人员劳动纪律和技能进行管理；明确团队目标并组织协调达成，培养人才梯队。建立有效沟通机制，增强团队凝聚力并追求绩效与卓越。
• 负责组织与跨部门有效沟通，提高部门间协作能力和工作效率。与政府监管部门良好沟通，负责政府监管部门审核和检查等；负责各类生产许可证照、质量和食品安全体系、产品认证的申请、换证、年度审核等。
• 完成领导交办的其他工作。
技能知识
• 具备良好法律法规和食品安全管理知识、
• 具备实验室GLP管理知识和管理的能力
• 熟悉ISO9001&FSSC22000等质量食品安全管理体系
工作经历
• 10年及以上食用油脂行业, 食品行业质量管理经验，其中2年及以上同等职位工作经验。食用油脂行业优先考虑。
教育背景
• 本科以上学历以上学历，粮油、食品、微生物和化工等相关专业
语言能力
• 英语四级以上，流利的英语口头和书面沟通能力
其他相关技能
• 良好的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力
• 较强的管理经验和团队协作意识
• 较强的语言文字表达能力
