Supervise and monitor Upper Basin construction activities, including earthworks, embankments, and drainage systems, to ensure alignment with engineering and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors and consultants to review technical submittals and monitor project progress and quality compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects. Proficiency in bulk earthworks and quality management is essential, and Mandarin speaking ability is highly preferred.
