The Project Engineer supports the planning, supervision, and execution of Upper Basin construction works to ensure alignment with engineering, safety, and quality standards. They coordinate with contractors and consultants while monitoring site progress, technical compliance, and project documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and possess at least 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction. Proficiency in bulk earthworks and quality management is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a PRC license and Mandarin language skills.
