The Marine Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising dredging, reclamation, and marine construction activities. This includes managing contractors and vessel operations to ensure projects are delivered safely and according to specifications.
Candidates must hold a Master Mariner qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine, or Coastal Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dredging or marine construction is required, with 10+ years preferred.
