About the role
The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
What you will do
Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
Carry out and ensure the set-up of ther section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
Manage production and product storage.
Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.

What we are looking for
Previous similar working experience.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
