✨ ¿Cuál será tu misión?
Asegurar una operación eficiente, sostenible y orientada al cliente, contribuyendo al mantenimiento de ingresos, la satisfacción de los residentes y el crecimiento futuro de la compañía. De manera temporal, asumirá además la Dirección del centro de Alicante.
Funciones principales:
Supervisar la operativa diaria de las residencias de la zona, garantizando el cumplimiento de procesos, procedimientos y estándares corporativos.
Coordinar y acompañar a los Directores de Centro en la gestión operativa y toma de decisiones.
Asegurar la calidad del servicio y la correcta experiencia del residente en todos los emplazamientos.
Detectar incidencias, áreas de mejora y riesgos operativos, proponiendo e implantando soluciones eficientes.
Realizar seguimiento del estado general de las instalaciones, coordinando necesidades de mantenimiento, inversiones y actuaciones correctivas.
Liderar la implantación y mejora continua de procesos operativos.
Supervisar el control y seguimiento de deuda y apoyar la correcta gestión administrativa de los centros.
Controlar y coordinar proveedores externos, garantizando niveles adecuados de servicio y costes.
Colaborar con el área comercial y de ventas para apoyar la ocupación y la retención de residentes.
Analizar indicadores operativos y económicos de cada residencia, realizando seguimiento de resultados y planes de acción.
Mantener una comunicación constante y fluida con la Dirección Central de Operaciones
Participar en procesos de apertura e integración de nuevos activos o residencias en la zona asignada.
💡 ¿A quién buscamos?
Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Turismo o similar.
Experiencia previa en administración de residencias, hoteles, alojamientos turísticos...
Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar equipos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones.
Enfoque orientado a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Conocimiento de regulaciones y estándares de seguridad del sector hotelero.
Orientación al servicio al cliente y sensibilidad para trabajar con una población estudiantil diversa.
Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).
Disponibilidad para viajar
