En Dia nos encontramos en pleno proceso de expansión y mejora continua, por ello necesitamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Zona que tome las riendas de la gestión de nuestras tiendas en la zona Sur de Madrid y área metropolitana. Si eres una persona con gran capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos, orientada a objetivos y con ganas de crecer en un entorno dinámico, ¡queremos conocerte!
Dia es una de las principales cadenas de distribución de España, con más de 45 años de recorrido ofreciendo calidad a precios competitivos
Liderar y gestionar a los equipos de 16-18 puntos de venta impulsando su desarrollo y formación.
Realizar el seguimiento de los KPIs operativos, analizando los resultados de venta y los indicadores comerciales de las tiendas asignadas, estableciendo planes de acción con cada Responsable de tienda.
Formar, desarrollar e implicar a los equipos de tienda motivándolos para conseguir los objetivos de la empresa.
Será la persona de referencia para sus tiendas asegurando en todas ellas la implantación de las directrices sobre nuestro modelo operativo.

- Se tendrá en cuenta la certificación de una discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
- Formación Universitaria (Grado, Licenciatura), preferentemente de materias relacionadas con el Comercio y ADE.
-Formación de FP-Módulos de Grado Superior (Comercio/Economía)
-Experiencia de al menos 2 años en un puesto similar en el sector retail, gestionando equipos y cuenta de explotación.
