Ensure the correct application of safety regulations during the design, manufacture, and commissioning of industrial machinery. Develop technical safety documentation, perform safety verifications, and create compliance reports including CE certification and RD1215.
Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Higher Vocational Training with over 3 years of experience in a similar role. Must have high English proficiency and deep knowledge of European machinery directives and harmonized safety standards.

Estamos buscando nuestro/a nuevo/a Técnico/a de Seguridad Maquinaria Industrial para nuestro centro de trabajo situado en Getafe (Madrid).
-Velar por la correcta aplicación de la normativa vigente durante el diseño, fabricación y puesta en marcha de cualquier máquina industrial que comercialice el grupo.
-Participar en la fase de diseño, realizando los cálculos necesarios para la correcta implantación y elección de las medidas correctoras y/o preventivas a adoptar..
-Establecer conjuntamente al JP la estrategia a seguir en cuanto la documentación del expediente técnico de construcción a realizar de acuerdo con el alcance real del proyecto.
-Elaborar toda la documentación justificativa de seguridad del expediente técnico: EvR, Cálculo PLr, Distancias de seguridad, matriz de seguridad, implantación de seguridad, informe LOTO, cierre del manual de usuario, checklist para la emisión del certificado CE, etc.
-Realizar las verificaciones: Mediciones parada máquina, mediciones ruido, verificaciones eléctricas EN60204, mediciones COBOT, mediciones de carga.

-Jornada continua con entrada y salida flexible. Posibilidad de jornada partida si se prefiere
-Horario de 7:00-15:00h de L-V (Flexibilidad horaria)
-Posibilidad de 30% de teletrabajo de la jornada anual
-Estudios de Ingeniería Industrial, FP Superior...
-Experiencia superior a 3 años en puesto similar
-Disponibilidad para viajar
-Inglés alto. Capacidad para realizar informes técnicos en Inglés)
-Conocimiento en la normativa vigente relativa a la fabricación de máquinas: Directiva máquinas 2006/42/CE y Reglamento UE 2023/1230 de máquinas.
-Valorable conocimientos de alguna otra directiva europea de nuevo enfoque: Directiva 2014/30/UE en materia de compatibilidad electromagnética, Directiva de baja tensión (LVD) 2014/35/UE, Directiva 2014/29/UE para recipientes a presión, Directiva 2014/34/UE para ATEX.
-Conocimientos en diseño eléctrico-neumático y/o programación safety de autómatas o robots..
-Conocimientos en el cálculo PLr a través del software SISTEMA y aplicación EN13849
-Conocimientos en las normas armonizadas vigentes a la directiva o reglamento de máquinas: EN619, EN12100, EN13155, EN13854, EN13855, EN13857, EN13849, EN14118, EN14120, EN60204-1.
