Je overziet het geheel, brengt structuur aan en neemt eigenaarschap over hoe HR-processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig worden ingericht.
Je opereert in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Denk aan de implementatie en optimalisatie van systemen zoals Personio en Nmbrs, én de integratie van nieuwe collega’s en processen door overnames. Dit vraagt om iemand die niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook richting geeft, prioriteiten stelt en verbeteringen realiseert.
Je komt terecht in een dynamisch HR-team van 9 collega’s op ons hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp. In deze rol ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega’s en management en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een schaalbare, professionele HR-organisatie.

Regie voeren op en optimaliseren van in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen
Voorbereiden, controleren en verbeteren van de loonadministratie in samenwerking met Finance
Optreden als key user voor HR-systemen (zoals Personio en Nmbrs) en het voortouw nemen in optimalisaties
Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en automatiseringen binnen HR Services
Actieve rol spelen in de integratie van overnames in HR-processen en systemen
Adviseren van management en collega’s over HR-administratieve processen en best practices
Coördineren en uitvoeren van HR-projecten gericht op professionalisering en harmonisatie
Zorgen voor borging van kwaliteit, compliance en datakwaliteit binnen HR
Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve HR-functie
Affiniteit met HR en administratieve processen
Goede kennis van MS Office
Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding
Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week, inclusief vrijdag
