We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager, HW & SW to lead our multi-disciplinary electronic hardware and embedded software engineering organization. In this role, you will champion people leadership by coaching, mentoring, and driving talent development initiatives to build a high-performing culture capable of delivering products that leave a positive global impact.
The Senior Manager, HW & SW will contribute to capability roadmaps, facilitating high-stakes engineering decisions, and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring innovative solutions for HealthTech, Industrial, Power Infrastructure, Aerospace and Capital Equipment.

Minimum 10 years of direct engineering experience within multi-disciplinary product development lifecycles, with a significant portion spent in progressive people management roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (Ph.D. with tailored industrial exposure is welcome to apply).
