About the job :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the AI Agent Factory strategy and execution to scale AI-driven automation and deliver measurable business value across the organization
Drive the end-to-end operating model for AI agents, from intake and prioritization through design, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling
Partner with business, Digital, IT, and Process Excellence teams to redesign workflows and make processes ready for AI-enabled automation
Establish and uphold governance, standards, and Responsible AI principles for the AI agent portfolio
Build and coordinate a distributed network of AI Agent Specialists across GBS, Digital, and, over time, other business functions
Ensure strong adoption and value realization of AI agents by embedding them effectively into business operations
Monitor portfolio performance, including business impact, quality, risks, ROI, and adoption, and continuously improve outcomes
Steer budget and resource allocation across the AI Agent Factory, including make-versus-buy decisions to balance speed, cost, and capability building
About you:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree in Business, Engineering, Data, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in AI, Data, Digital, or Process Transformation roles, with proven success leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives
Proven experience designing or leading transformation initiatives, operating models, or automation portfolios in complex organizations
Demonstrated experience driving adoption and change, with a focus on embedding new capabilities into everyday business workflows
Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and agent-based automation would be an asset
Solid knowledge of governance, Responsible AI, enterprise data, and IT architecture principles would be an asset
Proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities, set priorities, and balance innovation with risk and operational feasibility
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on mindset and clear ownership
Excellent communication and influencing skills in English
