£26,000-£29,500 starting salary (depending on role and location)
Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher looking to kickstart your career with one of the UK’s leading graduate schemes? Your First Year
Start in an operational role within one of Reed Group’s three areas: Reed, Reed in Partnership, or Reed.co.uk.
Engage in hands-on work, matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers.
Participate in a comprehensive 3-day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.
Receive industry-leading training and development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
A motivated and results-driven attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
