The role
Reporting into our global warehouse technology team, this position will drive the continued implementation and ongoing maintenance/ support of our strategic warehouse management system: Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage platform. It will also sustain and support the current legacy implementation of a Dematic Matflo application until its deprecation and transition to the strategic product. This position will be based in our facility in Derby, UK, but with a wider Global perimeter as part of a network of analysts supporting WMS across all HelloFresh Group sites.

What you’ll do
Support all areas of the HelloFresh warehouse management system (WMS) application [Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage and DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo)] for assigned facilities including:
Acting as super user and level one support for the warehouse end-user community in supporting any technical or functional issues
Managing system configuration based on operations team direction
Facilitating end user training where needed and assisting in System Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation
Overseeing user menu profile and security setup for the application based on operations functional roles
Participating in requirements definition and technical design of any HelloFresh driven product enhancements to the application with either the vendor or our consulting partners
Coordinating and executing all required QC/ integration/ user acceptance testing activities in support of the application with fellow colleagues based in other geographies
Working with other global WMS technology colleagues in trouble shooting or managing changes to WMS integrations to other platforms
Represent the Global WMS Technology team area as needed with any cross functional initiatives and working with colleagues in operations, automation, procurement, or upstream enterprise technology
Understand all available Global WMS Technology team reporting tools and create reports that enable improved operation visibility and performance
Help maintain the deployment, support and service coordination for associated hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets and workstations
Coordinate with a regional infrastructure manager to help support local network services as needed
What you’ll bring
WMS Support Experience: 1+ years of experience supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment [Infios (Körber/HighJump)] Warehouse Advantage or DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo) a plus).
Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, data gathering, and custom report creation.
Effective Communication: Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration with both local and global teams.
Process & Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong operational and technical aptitude with the ability to analyze and improve workflows.
Team-Oriented Approach: A collaborative mindset with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, comfortable working across all levels of an organization.
