The Senior People Partner will provide strategic leadership across the People function, driving business performance through expert guidance on organisational change and workforce planning. They will partner with senior leaders to embed the People strategy while managing a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing talent, recruitment, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior people partnering, including deep knowledge of employment law, TUPE, and organisational change. Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to use data to drive business outcomes are essential for this leadership role.

Salary: £65,000.00
