At Avove, we're looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture leadership team. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with senior leaders and Executive stakeholders to drive business performance through exceptional people solutions.
You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team across People Partnering, People Support and Talent & Attraction, providing expert guidance on organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership capability, engagement and transformation initiatives. You'll also play a key role in shaping and embedding our People strategy across the business.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across a key business area and lead joined-up people delivery across People Partnering, People Support and Talent & Attraction.
Ensure the business receives commercially focused, practical and high-quality people support that enables delivery, capability, growth and an excellent colleague and customer experience.
Work with the People Director, the wider P&C SLT and the other Senior People Partner to use insight to shape the wider People strategy, embed the operating model and ensure a consistent approach across the People function.
Support future business growth through the successful implementation of the people aspects of M&A, TUPE and integration activity.
Own the workforce/resource plan for business areas, working with Talent & Attraction Advisors to ensure fit-for-purpose and cost-effective recruitment strategies are deployed.
Own the Learning & Development demand plan for the business area, ensuring capability needs are understood, prioritised and aligned to operational delivery, growth and budget requirements.
Manage, coach and develop the People Advisor who supports ER case management estate wide, ensuring case quality, consistency, pace and colleague experience are maintained.
Act as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion ambassador, actively promoting inclusive leadership, fair decision-making and good practice across the business.
Lead on policy and good practice development as agreed.
